Recent Changes
Changes in recent versions through 2.1.0.40
- Timer may be displayed in Judging mode.
- "Deadlines" may now be used when displaying a Show. A timer is displayed to help guide the time spent on critiquing an image.
- Now uses the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 (Downloaded automatically if not yet installed). This upgrade can take 10 minutes or more on a slower computer.
- Support for Windows 2000 dropped since it does not support the 3.5 Framework
Click-Once Install
The download and installation process is very simple and is outlined in detail below. The process installs or updates the program from a prior version. The program will be immediately started after the install finishes.
Please note that this is a "Click Once Deployment" for this application. This means the program will be installed for the current user only. You cannot specify the installation location. Microsoft has placed these restrictions on this type of application deployment to simplify the process. This also allows the application to easily prompt you when an update is available.

Prerequisites
It is very likely that your computer will already have the required components. You must be using a Windows XP or later operating system. If the required components are not installed, they will be downloaded and installed for you automatically. The following prerequisites are required:
- .NET Framework 2.0 (This is a very large download, if needed.)
- .NET Framework 3.5
- Windows Installer 3.1
- Windows XP, Vista, or later. 64-bit is supported. Current service packs are required.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
You will need to click the "Start the Download and Install" item at the end of this form.
Step 2
One of the following dialogs will be displayed. Click "Run" or "Open". You may save the setup program before running it, but we recommend you run the job immediately.
Step 3
The file will be downloaded and the program will start a program to uncompress the download into a temporary area. You will received the message below. Click "Run".
When the install file has been de-compressed, you will see this message.
Step 4
The following dialog will be displayed. Your temporary file location will be different. Click "Install".
Step 5
The application will be installed. When the installation completes the Image Competition Manager will immediately start.
