Subscription Plans
Usage of a Photo Club Services website for your organization and the Image Competition Manager program are provided under a subscription license. Different subscription plans are available including a FREE plan.
When you initially create a website, you will have a 60 day free standard subscription so you can evaluate the service. If you do not subscribe at that time it will convert to a FREE subscription described bellow. Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 90 days.
A FREE subscription will provide a website that will display some advertisements on certain pages and will have other limitations. The table below compares the features available for the different subscription plans.

You may change your subscription plan at any time. A purchased subscription plan will be needed if you need additional storage, need the more advanced feature, do not want ads displayed, or if you have more than 30 club members. Prepaid fees will will not be refunded if you downgrade your plan.
Note that inactive FREE subscriptions are automatically deleted if there are no user logins for 90 days.
Significant discounts are available for clubs that are members of the Photographic Society of America (PSA). Please visit the PSA Website for information on becoming a member club.
Our purchased subscription prices are inexpensive if you consider the tremendous savings in time for your members and competition managers. The cost is under $3 per member per year for PSA member clubs.

Standard Subscription Plans
Subscription plans are payable in advance of the period covered. Refunds are not available for early cancellation or downgrading of a subscription. Member counts are the number of members defined by your club as being "active". Disk space utilization is based on the sum of all disk space used to store your club's files and images. You will be notified if you start to exceed your limits. "New Images/Year" is the number of new images that can be used by your website without incurring any additional variable charge. Please see the section on "Variable Charges" below.
Councils, PSA, and organizations with no direct membership need special handling and subscriptions are based on storage usage rather than membership and must subscribe at the 50 member or higher level. Some features require a Premium Subscription, which has a different price schedule below.

Premium Subscription Plans
A Premium Subscription includes all of the features of a Standard Subscription plus enables certain advanced functions of the software and website, such as Remote Judging. Information on "Remote Judging" can be found on your club website by using the "Help" menu or by clicking here.

Variable Subscription Pricing
In order to keep the subscription prices as low as possible, we use some variable charges based on your usage of our services. Those organizations with more usage will naturally need to pay more. To simplify the process for most organizations, an allocation of some variable items is included in each subscription. You will only get an invoice for additional changes if you exceed the allocation associated with your subscription.
Your Photo Club Services subscription has the following limits:
- Total Active Members (for Clubs only)
- Total storage used by competitions, galleries, and file uploads.
- Total new images placed in galleries or competitions per subscription year. This is listed in the price schedules above. Additinal charges will be invoiced if the limit is exceeded.
- Total images participating in Remote Judging each year. (Requires a Premium Subscription.) This is listed in the price schedules above. Additinal charges will be invoiced if the limit is exceeded.
Councils and Non-Club Organizations
For photo club councils and other non-club organizations that hold competitions, membership may not be an accurate indication of the services consumed by the organization. These organizations must subscribe to at least the 50 membership level and the membership limit will not be used. You must inform us if you have this type of organization.
Additional Variable Charges
- $0.05 per new image added in excess of the image limit included in your subscription.
- $0.05 per image processed with the Remote Judging feature in excess of the image limit included in your Premium Subscription.
Variable charges are handled on a partially pre-paid basis. If you are subject to variable changes and the balance in your account drops below $10, a new payment will be required that equals your current balance plus a prepay of $25. Invoicing is performed as needed for these charges, but no more frequently than once per month.

Example Charges
For a 75 member club, the annual Standard Subscription charge is $209/year, discounted to $164/year for PSA member clubs. 1800 new images may be added to galleries and competitions without any additional charge. Up to 7.5GB of storage may be used for all competitions, galleries, and uploaded files.
For a 100 member club, the annual Premium Subscription charge is $359/year, discounted to $314/year for PSA member clubs. 2400 new images may be added to galleries and competitions without any additional charge. Up to 10GB of storage may be used for all competitions, galleries, and uploaded files. 500 images could be judged using the Remote Judging feature without an additional charge. If you used 3000 images in the year, there would be an additional change of $36, or $0.06/image above the 2400 image subscription limit. If these same 3000 images were all judged using the Remote Judging feature, there would be an additional change of $200, or $0.08/image above the 500 image subscription limit.
For a council, an annual Standard Subscription would be $148/year, discounted to $113/year for a PSA member council. Up to 5GB of storage may be used with pricing taken from the 50 member subscription item. If all council submissions are from other Photo Club Services websites (other clubs), no additional changes are likely unless the storage limit is exceeded or other optional services are used.
For a non-club organization using a Premium Subscription, the minimum subscription level would be for 50 members (although the member limit is not used). Up to 5GB of storage may be used and 1200 new images would be permitted without any additional charge. 250 images could be judged using the Remote Judging feature without an additional charge. The annual subscription would be $197/year. If you process 2000 new images during the year, an additional a variable charge of $0.06/image for 800 images would be incurred, or an additional $48. If those same images were all processed using the Remote Judging feature, there would be an additional change of $60.
